Exploring the Beauty of Portugal: The Joy of Paneurhythmy

A 5-day retreat in the Algarve of Portugal, the purpose of which is to learn into the movements and joy of Paneurhythmy and to enjoy the friendship of retreat in magical surroundings. This special retreat will be hosted by Jonathan & Tara (owners of Casa Fuzetta), who will welcome their great friend Sarah Dawkins to share the magic of Paneurhythmy. Sarah has been dancing and teaching Paneurhythmy for over 30 years. Paneurhythmy is a sacred dance brought into the world in the late 19^th century by a great Bulgarian Master, Beinsa Douno, who was ‘given’ the music, dance, movements and prayers over the course of his life. Underlying Paneurhythmy is a profound wisdom.
