Special Event
The Swan Knight and the Holy Grail

3-4 July 2010
Holycombe
Whichford, Warwickshire, England
Weekend Special Event
led by
Peter & Sarah Dawkins
The Swan knight is the son/daughter of the Grail King. This weekend will explore what this means. What is the Grail? Who is the Grail King? What does it mean personally to be the son/daughter of the Grail King?
This workshop will take place within the Cygnus or Swan area of the landscape Zodiac of Britain. The Swan is a key player in the creation, creativity and illumination of the whole Zodiac. It is certainly not by chance, for instance, that Shakespeare is associated with this intriguing and mysterious landscape, or that it was once the original centre of the Huicca tribe, the wisdom bearers of Britain.
The weekend will include the themes of levels of consciousness, chakras and landscape temples.
Venue
The venue for the weekend, Holycombe, is situated near to Brailes Hill, the heart chakra of the ‘Sweet Swan of Avon’ landscape temple, the ‘Cygnus’ of the great landscape zodiac of Britain.
Holycombe is a beautiful home and retreat set in the ancient village of Whichford in the rolling green Cotswold hills of England’s ‘Shakespeare Country’. According to some local research, Whichford seems to heve been at one time a tribal headquarters or ‘capital’ of the Huicca tribe.
Nestling in a sacred valley (‘holy combe’), Holycombe has extensive gardens, a small lake, a turf-cut labrinth and a stone circle (modern) standing on a hill and surrounded by a moat that once encircled a Norman castle.
Holycombe is 15 miles from Stratford-upon-Avon, 12 miles from Banbury (and the M40), 5 miles from Moreton-in-the-Marsh and 3 miles from the prehistoric Rollright Stones. Banbury and Moreton-in-the-Marsh both have railway links to London. (See map.)
