FBRT Shakespeare Summer School
Booking Form (per person)

To book a place on the summer school, please fill out the form below, print it out, sign it and then post it with either the full fee or £100 deposit to the FBRT at the following address:

If booking is made with the deposit only, the rest of the fee is payable by mid-July.

If for any reason you cancel your booking, all payment for the event, less a fee of £100, will be returned if cancellation is made at least three weeks before the event. If notice of cancellation is less than this, the whole fee may be forfeit.
