FBRT Bulgaria Orphic Mysteries Pilgrimage 2008
Booking Form (per person per event)

This pilgrimage is by invitation. If you have an invitation you may use this form to book a place.

To book a place on the pilgrimage, please fill out the form below, print it out, sign it and then post it with either the full fee or £300 deposit to the FBRT at the following address:

If booking is made with the deposit only, the rest of the fee is payable by 14 March 2008. Any bookings made after 14 March must be made with payment of the full fee.

If for any reason you cancel your booking, all payment for the event, less a fee of £300, will be returned if cancellation is made at least six weeks before the pilgrimage. If notice of cancellation is less than this, the whole fee may be forfeit. We recommend that you take out insurance cover for such a contingency.

I understand that all pilgrimages carry certain risks (e.g. uneven and sometimes rocky ground, uncertain weather), with this particular pilgrimage involving (for those who want the experience) entering caves and clambering up rocky slopes, and am fully prepared to be responsible for my own safety and health, physical and psychological, as far as is normal and reasonable in such circumstances, and to have suitable and sufficient personal clothing and footwear.

I have or will have sufficient health and travel insurance for the pilgrimage.
